Confirmation
We summarise the details of the car you are about to rent; you confirm that this is what you want. You are transferred to our secure server run by World Pay where you enter your credit card (or debit card) details.

Once completed you will receive a postal car Rental voucher in a few days time. Use this voucher to pick up your car at the stated destinations. All prices include tax, postage and delivery. Worldpay will forward you a statement of your credit card transaction.

Payment
Sterling Car Hire accepts the following debit and credit cards using World pay.

Your credit card details will only be retained by World Pay and our acquiring bank.

Customer Services
World Pay processes your payment and arranges with the supplier for your goods or services to be delivered. We also accept cheque payment by telephone on our customer services number listed below.

In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these details.
